OKT Rim Undinger Tool

The OKT Rim Undinger is a handy tool designed for removing dents and dings from aluminium bicycle rims. Rim dents and dings are an unfortunate reality when running lower pressures on Mountain, Cyclocross and Gravel bikes. While minor dents and dings may look cosmetically insignificant, often even small dents can prevent your tyre from seating correctly and inhibit tubeless tyres from sealing correctly and holding air.

For most riders running tubeless tyres, this means an otherwise working rim is destined for the bin. The OKT rim undinger is designed to straighten dents and dings, to prolong the life of alloy rims with minor dents which may otherwise be destined for the bin.

The machined slot allows you to accurately remove dents and dings. One rim undinger is usually plenty but two tools can be used to remove larger dents more accurately.

The update rim undinger now includes a disc rotor truing slot at the opposite end, making it an even more versatile tool for the home workshop or travel toolbox.

The rim undinger is a simple and effective tool that is hand machined in county Wicklow, Ireland. Tested in busy professional workshops, the rim undinger is machined from 5000 series aluminium to last a lifetime.
