When paired to your compatible Garmin smartwatch1, HRM-Fit™ captures running dynamics — such as vertical oscillation, ground contact time balance, stride length, vertical ratio and more — to help improve your form.
TRAINING VERSATILITY
Move how you choose. This monitor provides accurate heart rate data for various activities, including running, indoor and outdoor cycling, strength training, HIIT, fitness classes and more.
INDOOR RUNNING
For your indoor track or treadmill sessions, this heart rate monitor transmits pace and distance to your compatible Garmin smartwatch1, so you can get the data you need no matter where you train.
STORE AND FORWARD DATA
During workouts such as strength training and HIIT, you can start and stop an activity on your compatible Garmin smartwatch1. Even if you remove your watch and leave it out of range, HRM-Fit stores the data then sends it to your watch when your activity is saved.
ACTIVITY TRACKING
If you aren’t wearing your watch, the heart rate monitor captures steps, calories burned, intensity minutes and all-day heart rate. It even updates all your Garmin devices via the Garmin Connect™ smartphone app.
