Refund policy

Returns

In the case that you wish to return the goods received in an order, you must return the product within 14 days of receipt. Before sending any items please contact us to confirm the return. The costs of the return are unless otherwise stated, always to be borne by the buyer. When packing the goods, be sure to carefully close the package and remove old address labels and old barcodes. In addition, you must present in each case proof of purchase with the returned order (eg the receipt). Please enclose proof of purchase inside the packaging and not visible on the outside of any parcels. The goods must not show any signs of use and must arrive in their entirety and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Exchanges

If the delivered product does not conform to the description or is delivered in the wrong size, we will replace it with the correct product. If the product can not be exchanged, buyers will be given the opportunity to purchase a product with the same value or to have the full purchase refunded. Exchanges will be dispatched once we have received the original item/s. If a returned product has been proven to be used by the purchaser, no exchange will be permitted.

Warranty

When purchasing from The Bikerack Ltd, the statutory warranty provisions and warranty rights apply. The warranty period vary's with different products and brands and begins with the delivery of the goods. In the event of a defect or defect in the product, please contact us and we will get your warranty claim processed without delay.
